Ink & Share Scrapbook Blog Hop

Good afternoon, today I am joining a couple of fellow scrapbookers in a short but perfectly formed blog hop celebrating Birthdays!

Birthdays are one of my favourite things to scrapbook as they always hold wonderful memories! I wanted to create a pretty pastel inspired page to match my recent birthday (I need to sort my photos!)

I absolutely adore the beautiful new stamp set which you can earn for FREE during Sale-a-Bration (beginning next Friday!) called Hippest Hippos and you can also earn the co-ordinating Hippo Dies! You are going to love them, they are beyond cute!!!

I love colouring so it was a great opportunity for me to have a relaxing day colouring these little cuties.

I stamped the images in Black Memento and coloured them using Stampin' Blends. The little balloons come from the equally cute Elephant Parade Stamp Set which is available now.

I cut small rectangles from the pastel shades of cardstock to create the bunting.

I have left space behind each photograph mat and hippo to slot in my photographs.
