SF2021 - Rewind & Redo Blog Hop...

Good afternoon and thank you for dropping by today.  I am sharing a couple of projects with you for the Stampin' Friends Blog Hop using the Bloom Where You're Planted Suite.  We have been tasked to Rewind and Redo a project which we have made before and remake it using new products.

The project I am sharing I originally made about 7 years ago and it is one I had totally forgotten about (I wasn't so good at blogging in those days!).

The box has open sides so you can see our beautiful Designer Series Paper through the sides of the box.  I have kept this one really subtle as I wanted a clean box to match the card.

When the box is closed and tied, the ribbon comes from underneath the internal box and wraps around to tie at the top.  You can see it better when the box is open.

It is a really easy and fairly quick project to make and looks totally different depending on what products you are using.  This box looks stunning for Christmas!

I have used the Bloom Where You're Planted suite of products which I am a little bit in love with, the macrame hanger reminds me of school when I made a macrame kitchen roll holder, who knew that some 40 years later they would be 'in' again!

For the card I used a brand new Sale-a-Bration stamp set to create my background.  It is full of useful shapes and designs to create some stunning backgrounds.  It is called Textures and Frames and is available for free from 3 August with a qualifying order!  I have also used our new Rose Gold Speciality Paper, wow this stuff is amazing.  It comes in a mixed pack with Gold and Rose Gold and to look at it looks like it should have a textured surface but when you touch it, it is completely smooth and the sparkle is amazing!

The products I have used in my project can be found below and can be purchased from my online shop.  Don't also forget the Designer Series Paper sales ends on 2 August!

Jean is up next and you can follow the full hop by clicking on the links below.

Happy Stampin'

  2. I LOVE the clean look of your projects. Just beautiful! LOL I had the same thoughts about the macrame hanger stamp set when I first saw it in the catalog. I also made some macrame items 40+ years ago! Thanks for sharing. I will definitely make that box!
