Welcome, today I am celebrating Christmas in July with the Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop.
I think I prefer Christmas in July than I do in October/November/December, the pressure is off and it means I can really enjoy creating!
I have used the new Iconic Dies paired with the Tidings & Trimmings bundle to create my card today. The background paper is taken from the Tidings of Christmas Designer Series Paper.
I die cut all the pieces from Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen cardstock, two of our new In-Colors, and arranged them on my card front before adding a sentiment which is heat embossed in white.
I am holding my annual Christmas in July event next week and I have been busy making some display samples. I thought this design worked really well for a tree decoration too and I love how this turned out.
Note to self though, don't be watching the football whilst gluing with a hot glue gun!!! Ouchy!!!
Aurélie is up next, You can follow the hop by clicking on the next button or the links below. I know there will be some amazing inspiration and I can't wait to see.
Happy Stampin'
Jo

ReplyDeleteGorgeous projects Jo!
ReplyDeleteHi Jo, your card and matching themed sledge are just beautiful, your comment about the hot glue gun did make me chuckle. I have seen quite a few projects now using the Tidings of Christmas DSP and I am definitely sold! Will be ordering it while the sale is on. Any chance of you doing a video to make the decoration, just keen to see how you put it together, plus I don't want to end up with glue everywhere or burnt fingers!
