Monday Mashup #48 featuring lots of dies...

Happy Monday!  Where does that time go???  It seems only yesterday I was typing last week's blog post!

I have a really bright and cheerful card to share with you today.  I must firstly apologise as I haven't had an opportunity to record a video for this one.  We have had such a busy weekend (now that we are allowed out again!) but I didn't want you to miss out so I put this happy card together to put a smile on your face.

I started with a Thick Basic White card base and cut a smaller layer which I embossed using the Hammered Metal 3D embossing folder.  I then cut several elements using Meadows Dies, Forever Flourishing Dies and Penned-Flowers dies from Basic White cardstock.

I then sponged the elements in the following colours:-
Crushed Curry
Granny Apple Green
Pear Pizzazz
Misty Moonlight
Balmy Blue
Gorgeous Grape
Fresh Freesia
Polished Pink

I cut about some of the pieces as I glued them in place using a mixture of Multipurpose Glue and Dimensionals, tucking some pieces behind and some in front.  The sentiment is taken from the Sweet as a Peach stamp set.  I love the font on this Happy Birthday!

Finally, I added a little detail using a white gel pen and I couldn't resist a little bit of glitter and a few jewels!

I must remind you that we have a great promotion on at the moment with 15% off selected Designer Series Paper.  It is a great time to stock up on supplies, especially my favourite the Tidings of Christmas DSP!

You can purchase the DSP and the products I have used in my card today by clicking on the links below.

I hope you like my card and I will see you next week!

Happy Stampin'
