Ink.Stamp.Share August Blog Hop - Autumn/Winter Catalogue...

Good afternoon and welcome to the Ink.Stamp.Share Monthly Blog Hop.  This month we are showcasing new products from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue.

You may have joined me from Kim or starting the hop here but sit back and enjoy hopping around with us.

I love Autumn, I love the season, I love the colours, the weather can be interesting sometimes but on those crisp sunny autumnal days, it really is one of my favourites.

I also love creating Autumn projects so I have made two cards today using the amazing Beautiful Autumn stamp set which is part of the Gilded Autumn suite.

I have stamped the background of this card using the individual two step stamps in a mixture of colours including Pumpkin Pie, Bumblebee, Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz, Early Espresso Cinnamon Cider and Cajun Craze.  The speckled background is taken from the Beauty Abounds stamp set.  I stamped a line of leaves across my card and fussy cut around then to remove the bottom section.  I then replaced this section with the most gorgeous Brushed Metallic cardstock.  Photographs cannot show how utterly beautiful these brushed sheets are!

Here is another photograph which shows how the light catches on the metallic.

I have used this card as my entry to the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP255 which has the subject of leaves/trees so it worked really well for the challenge.

I then made this second card again using the Beautiful Autumn stamp set.

This time I stamped a background with the speckles from the Beauty Abounds stamp set and gradually layered up leaves and other elements, some are stamped direct on to the card and others are attached using dimensionals.

Here they are together...

I hope you like my projects, I have another card scheduled for tomorrow using this amazing suite of products so don't forget to stop by.

I am now going to pass you on to the lovely Sue who I am sure has something amazing to share with you today.

Happy Hoppin'
