Good morning and welcome to the Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop for August. This is my first time joining this lovely hop although I have been watching from a distance for a very long time.
You may have joined me from Julia or starting the hop here.
This month's hop is a Sketch challenge and it is a really beautiful sketch which finally persuaded me to join in.
I loved all the different layers, shapes and multiple photos. Here is my interpretation of the sketch.
One of the most useful packs of Designer Series Paper in this year's catalogue is called 'In Good Taste'. It has multiple sheets of textures, woodgrain, fabric and tiles in several colours and shades which work perfectly with almost anything.

I have teamed this up with Balmy Blue and my favourite (or at least one of them) stamp sets called Celebrate Sunflowers. I stamped the flowers in Memento ink and coloured using Stampin' Blends. The various circles are punched from the beautiful new rainbow glimmer paper and the smaller dots were handmade using the Shimmer Crystal Effects mixed with a little bit of reinker in Granny Apple Green and Balmy Blue. Here are a few close ups.
I hope you like my page, it was a real joy to create, I just need to find some photos for it now!
I am now going to pass you on to Dana who I know will have something beautiful to share with you today. You can follow the hop by clicking on the next button.
Happy Scrappin'
