Good morning, today I am sharing my first project as a new member of the Inspire.Create Stamping Challenge Design Team.
I am extremely privileged to be joining this amazing team of demonstrators to hopefully inspire you and encourage you to give the challenges a go. I have taken part in several of the previous challenges over the last couple of years and I love that they always make me think outside of the box and with no pun intended, this challenge is 3d items, so of course I have made a box!
Late last year I saw a lovely box made by a French demonstrator to hold a tube of hand cream. Unfortunately, I can no longer find her post but I remembered roughly what it was like so set about trying to recreate it.
One of my dear friends is a rep for a popular cosmetics brand and during lockdown in the UK, her customers have purchased many tubes of hand cream and face masks for the nurses and doctors of the NHS who have been working tirelessly through this pandemic to sooth their sore hands through constant washing and faces from the constant wearing of PPE. So I created this box to package the hand cream.
You pull the tab on the right hand side and the top slides open to reveal the contents. It is also a great size for a piece of jewellery or some sweet treats.
