Good afternoon and welcome to the Share It Sunday Blog Hop.
Today I am sharing with you a card and gift box which I recently made for a friend's birthday.
I adore the True Love Designer Series Paper from the Mini Catalogue, it has beautiful images and shapes in classic black and white which look gorgeous as they are but look absolutely stunning when coloured.
Here is the card. The recipient had a tough year last year and I know this is going to be her 'Best Year Yet' so I got to use one of my favourite stamp sets for the greeting.
I cut a Night of Navy base card and a layer from the gorgeous Love You Always foil card. I then cut a further layer from the True Love Designer Series Paper and coloured it in using Stampin' Blends in Night of Navy, Rococo Rose, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green.
I then made a matching gift box using the same colours and tied it together wiith some polka dot ribbon and a double gift tag.
I hope you like my project today, it was fun to make and quite therapeutic. All of the products I have used to create my project can be purchased from my online shop by clicking on the links below.
There is a list of participants shown at the end so please hop around and see all the amazing projects for today.
Happy Stampin'
