Good morning and welcome to this week's Monday Mashup, I hope you have all had a great weekend.
Christmas came to our household as we dug out the decorations, thankfully all the lights still work although hubby announced today he would like another tree to go outside so guess we will be shopping for that this week!
Today I am sharing a fun technique using our Shimmery Embossing Paste with the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks and the beautiful All Things Fabulous stamp set.
I created a dotty embossed background by mixing some embossing paste with a drop of So Saffron reinker and using the mask, added the paste to my card front.
I used a mixture of Merry Merlot, Rococo Rose, Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather to stamp the flowers and used the Fabulous Florals dies to cut them out before arranging them on my page.
I then added a greeting and some gems.
I have recorded a short video to show you how to create the background and some hints and tips on how to colour and line up the flower elements.
