Anything New with Ink.Stamp.Share...

Happy Saturday, I hope you are having a lovely weekend.  I am sharing something new with you today from the July-December Catalogue.  I have actually had this bundle for the last couple of weeks but I have only just had a chance to have a play!

I absolutely fell in love with these Kindest Gnomes as soon as I saw them and despite trying my best to convince myself I did not need them, inevitably they had to join my collection!

I had in mind a non-traditional Christmas card for this one with subtle colours.  I started by lightly drawing a circle on a piece of Basic White cardstock.  I then used the little leaves stamp from Lovely You to create my wreath, stamped in Soft Succulent ink.  I then added detail to these leaves using Stampin' Blends in Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen.

I repeated the process for the leaves at the bottom of the wreath which I fussy cut before attaching to the wreath.

The gnomes have also been coloured using Stampin' Blends in Balmy Blue and Crumb Cake.

Did you notice those little dots and stripes on the gonks' hats???  I simply used the Color Lifter to carefully lift some of the colour, clever huh!!

Sometimes when I have an idea for a card it just 'comes together' like it did this time and I absolutely love it.  I then envisaged an autumn version - you may want to pop back tomorrow to check that out!!!

Don't forget to follow the hop by clicking on the links below and if you want to treat yourself to these little guys, Sale-a-Bration has a few more days to run so don't miss out!!!

Happy Stampin'

Jo
