Stamp 'n Hop March Blog Hop - Packaging with Stampin' Up!...

Hexagonal Gift Box

Hi and welcome to the Stamp n' Hop March Blog Hop.  We have a theme of Packaging with Stampin' Up! this month.  We could either design our own packaging with Stampin' Up! products or decorate one of the packaging products from the catalogue.

Stamp n' Hop Blog Hop

I love to make 3d projects so it was a no brainer for me and having recently purchased the Beautiful Shapes dies, I had a vision for a flip top hexagonal box.

Beautiful Shapes Dies

I used the largest hexagon to create my box.

This makes a nice size box for a little gift but you can easily extend it in length for something a bit bigger.  I made a middle section for mine to house a tube of handcream!

I loved the softness of this beautiful floral paper from the Heart & Home DSP but one of my favourites from the same pack is the one with the little bumblebees so I made another box and recorded it for you!

You can craft along with me where you will find the measurements in both metric and imperial!  Enjoy!

Karen is up next and I cannot wait to see what she has been creating.

Happy Craftin'

  6. If I would receive a box like this, I would not mind what is inside... the box is a gift in itself! I would put it on display and enjoy it all the time!
