Monday Mashup #61 - Gift Hanging Hexagonal Box...

Monday Mashup

MONDAY MASHUP is BACK!!!!!!  Mashup took a back seat when everything got busy for Christmas and then I have had an unusually really busy start to the year but I am back to bring you some more Mashup Delights!

I am in love with the Beautiful Shapes dies (can you tell?) and you may have seen the hexagonal box I made a few days ago (if not, you can see that post here).  I knew I had to create some more and I had a vision for a box where I could 'hang' a small gift.

The box is a simple hexagon which shows off the beautiful Flowering Fields DSP but when you open up the box, there is a simple hanging feature where you can hang a piece of jewellery, a key to a home or as in this case, a simple keyring.  The recipient will have no idea the gift is suspended under the lid.

What a cute idea!  When I made my prototype for this box I made it to fit the keyring but you could of course make it taller for a necklace or something longer/taller.

I have recorded a video to show you how to ensure a perfect fitting lid.

Wishing you a fabulous week.

Jo
