Good afternoon and welcome the my second post for today. I am using another sketch but this time for the Ink & Share Scrapbook blog hop. Sketches work just as well for cards and scrapbook pages and you can often use them for both projects with a little adjustment!
You may have joined me from the lovely Cindy, or starting the hop here. Below is the sketch which we have all been working to today. I have used most of the elements of this layout, minus a title at this stage as I am not sure what photographs I am going to use just yet. I think when I decide, I will place my title along the bottom section.
For my layout I have used the Bloom Where You're Planted Designer Series Paper. This is such a cool set with lots of plants, pots and greenery. If you like plants then this is for you but if not, the 'B' sides are all really useful background including this amazing brick wall!
I decided to fussy cut all the plants from the DSP to get a nice close cut but I have used the die for the macrame pot holder. I remember making one of those when I was at primary school (I won't tell you how many years ago that was!) Here are a few close ups of the page elements.
