Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop

Good evening and welcome to another Stamping INKspirations Blog Hop. Today we are sharing floral projects with you. I love using florals in my designs, they are always so pleasing and can be soft and pretty or bold and striking.

I have opted for the soft and pretty today using the beautiful Hand Penned Petals stamp set. It is definitely one of my firm favourites in the new catalogue and it is really simple to create really pretty cards!

I started by cutting two layers of Basic White card in two sizes and lightly secured them together by using a little Tombow glue which has dried so it is repositionable. I then stamped across both layers in the two corners so part of the image is on both sections. I then added the colour to the flowers using the two step stamps in the set.

I then added my greeting and mounted the two Basic White pieces on to Polished Pink cardstock with a very thin border on the top section and a slightly larger border on the bottom section.

Finally, I added some gems and added the top layer using dimensionals.

It was a fun but simple card to make, I hope you like it.
