Stampers Showcase Blog Hop - Black & White...

 

Good afternoon and welcome to my second post today.  I am sharing a project with you for the Stampers Showcase Blog Hop using black and white.

Black and white is always so classic and eye catching.

I started by stamping the flower design on the background of a piece of Basic Black cardstock using Versamark and clear embossing powder.  I then added some splatters to the background using Whisper White ink and a little Wink of Stella.

I stamped the flower in Memento and coloured the petals using Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends.  For the leaves I picked up ink from a Black Stampin' Marker.

The greeting is from Many Messages.

You can just see the subtle embossing in the background in this picture.

I hope you like my card, Leonie is up next and I know she will have something lovely to share with us today.
