Good afternoon and welcome to the Positive Inkers 'Let's Do Christmas' Blog Hop. I am sharing a couple of cards with you today using the gorgeous Leaves of Holly bundle. I used this set in my recent Christmas in July event and it was very popular.
I am quite a traditionalist in relation to Christmas so this suite of products really spoke to me with the beautiful shades of greens and reds.
I stamped the holly leaves towards the left hand side of my card in Mossy Meadow and Old Olive before adding a simple strip of the DSP to the side, separated by linen thread tied in a simple bow. The colours just pop from the page and have a really traditional Christmas vibe.
For my second card I used my favourite paper in the DSP, with these beautiful poinsettia and subtle speckled background. I used the dies to cut the holly leaves in simple white cardstock and the elements are cut from the DSP. This set makes beautiful, quick, classic Christmas cards that really let the products do the talking.
