Stampers Showcase Card Sketch Blog Hop...

Good afternoon and welcome to the Stampers Showcase Holiday Catalogue Sketch Blog Hop. You know how I love a sketch!!!

The Sketch is amazing for today's challenge, quite a lot going on but on the basis I am not a natural simple stamper, it suits me just right. Having said that, my card today is, in fact, very simple it just has a lot of elements.

Here's the sketch.

I started by turning the sketch on its side, one turn to the left. I loved the banners pointing out to the right hand side. I knew I wanted to use the Boughs of Holly bundle as the Designer Series Paper is so striking and with so many beauties to choose from I knew it would be a breeze!

Almost my entire card has been made using just cardstock and DSP. The central poinsettia was cut from the Designer Series Paper, as were the small elements attached to the bow. I stamped the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler ink and the circle is from the Stylish Shapes Dies.

I hope you like my card today, it was really fun to make. I cannot wait to see how my fellow hoppers have interpreted the sketch and what products they have chosen.
