SF2021 - October Blog Hop - Give Thanks...

Nature's Harvest

Welcome to another Stampin' Friends Blog Hop.  This month we are 'Giving Thanks'.  I love sending thank you notes and gifts.  Just a little something can really brighten someones day.

My projects are made with the beautiful Nature's Harvest bundle.  This is a really versatile stamp set for all sorts of occasions and it has some beautiful sentiments too.

I have made a couple of theatre cards recently and wanted to try one with the lovely flowers in this set, creating layers by featuring some on the front of the card and some in the background too.

This image is when the card is closed shut.  I have used the stamps on the left which I coloured using Stampin' Blends and the ears of corn on the right are cut from the dies on which I sponged some colour.

You can see the second set of flowers in the background and a second greeting too.  I recorded a short video of how this card is made which you can find in the tutorials-monday mashup section.

I then had a pot of body butter from a well known cosmetics company that I wanted to create a box for.  These make such a great gift so I always like to have one or two in the house in readiness to gift.

I used the ears of corn dies again for the top of the box and folded a simple rosette for them to sit on.

I hope you like my projects, Barb is up next and I am sure she will have something gorgeous to share with us today.

Thanks for dropping by and have a great day,

Jo
