Good afternoon and welcome to the Stampers Showcase blog hop. This month we are making Fancy Fold cards.
I am sharing a theatre card with you today. I haven't made one of these in such a long while I had to reteach myself lol!
The idea is that when you pull out the sides, the curtains open to reveal a scene behind. I have used the Whimsical Trees bundle for my card. The Designer Series Paper is just beautiful and no picture can truly show you how beautiful it is in real life. The colours are Misty Moonlight, Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron which work beautifully for a non traditional card.
I have a huge apology to make though as I recorded a video of the process for this card with all the measurements so you could make your own. Unfortunately, I have had a few technical issues and I have been unable to rectify them before this blog post goes live so I will endeavour to prepare a pdf version of the instructions as soon as I can so you can have a go for yourself.
I really hope you like my card and I know there are going to be some amazing projects for you to see today so grab yourself a cuppa and go hopping!
