Good morning and welcome to Monday Mashup #56. I must apologise for my absence over the last couple of weeks, I have been extremely busy preparing for some upcoming events and projects, all of which will be shared with you in due course.
Today I am sharing a simple Autumnal card using the beautiful Stitched Leaves dies.
The leaves have been cut using the dies and colour added by using daubers in Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler inks.
The DSP is from the In Good Taste paper which I stuck direct on my card front. I then arranged some of the leaves on the DSP before adding some stitching to the top leaves for added interest.
I then added some of our beautiful Gilded Leafing using a simple glue pen before adding a heat embossed sentiment and some linen thread to complete.
This is a really simple card and it gives us a good excuse to get inky using just dies.
