Good afternoon and welcome to another Ink.Stamp.Share Showcase Blog Hop. Today we are sharing whatever is on our desk, what have we been creating???
I decided to have a play with the Delicate Dahlias stamp set. This is an a FREE stamp set which you can earn during Sale-a-Bration with a qualifying order of £90! It is such a beautiful stamp set as it has an outline and our DistINKtive stamps which makes it super easy to stamp and achieve real depth in the image.
I love the impact that bright colours have when they are mixed with black and white. The Designer Series Paper I have used in this card is from the Pattern Party Hostess paper pack, which you can also earn for free with a workshop or qualifying order! It has gorgeous colourful patterns on one side and black and white on the reverse so is very versatile.
I lightly stamped the dahlias and leaves in a stamped off version of Flirty Flamingo and Granny Apple Green on to Basic White cardstock. I then used Stampin' Blends to colour the images. The red dahlia is a mixture of Flirty Flamingo and Poppy Parade, the orange flower is a mixture of Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight. I had a little bit of the orange flower left, which I cut off the side but I didn't waste it, you can just see I used it to decorate the inside of my card.
The greeting is from a FREE hostess stamp set available during Sale-a-Bration!
Libby is up next and you can follow the hop by clicking on the next buttons on each blog.
Hope you are having a lovely Saturday,
Jo
