Inspire.Create.Challenge #179 | Sketch Challenge

Good morning and welcome to Challenge #179, this week we have a Sketch Challenge.

This is a simple sketch or elaborate sketch, depending on how you wish to interpret it.  That's the beauty of a sketch, it can be what you make it.

I am in full Christmas mode at the moment so my card had to be festive.  I have tried to resist the cutest Christmas Friends stamp set but they got the better of me.  How cute is this cuddly bear!

I used watercolour pencils to colour the bear image.  I love to use the pencils dry and build up the colour slowly.  The trees were stamped in Old Olive ink and again watercolour pencils to enhance the colour.

There is lots more inspiration over at the Inspire.Create.Challenge blog and you can enter the challenge by clicking on the link below.

We love to see your cards or projects inspired by the challenge.  You have until 12 midnight on Wednesday 30th October to submit your entry.

Happy Stampin'

  2. For the Inspire.Create.Challenge #179 | Sketch Challenge, I wanted to incorporate the idea of custom clothing usa into my sketch. Custom clothing is such a powerful way to express individuality, and I thought it would be interesting to explore how fashion can reflect unique personal stories, especially within the context of American design.
