Welcome to the Ink.Stamp.Share April Showcase Hop. I wanted to showcase one of my favourite stamp sets which will sadly be leaving us at the end of this month!
Sending Smiles is one of those stamp sets which works for so many occasions and it works in all sorts of colourways too. I have used it quite a lot over its time with us and shall miss it as one of those go to sets.
I have used a combination of spring colours, Bubble Bath, Berry Burst, Lemon Lolly, Granny Apple Green, Fresh Freesia and Pretty Peacock. I stamped a combination of the different flowers and cut them out.
I cut 1cm strips from the bottom section of the card to create a wooden gate effect using the strips. I then embossed a separate piece of card for the top section using one of the Elegant Eucalptus 3D Embossing Folders. Sadly these will also be departing at the end of the month but they are currently still available to order.
I really enjoyed making this card, it's a simple one but really pretty too.

Have a great day,
