Stamp 'n Hop September Blog Hop - Holiday Mini...

Good morning and welcome to the Stamp 'n Hop September Blog Hop.

You may have joined me from Jenn or starting the hop here.  This month we are celebrating the Holiday Mini Catalogue, such a fabulous selection of beautiful products.

I have stepped out of my comfort zone today.  Those who know me know that I don't celebrate Halloween.  Not for any particular reason but not having children I guess it is just not on my radar.  However, I love the stamp set Hallows Night Magic, in fact the whole suite.

HALLOWS NIGHT MAGIC CLING STAMP SET

So I have made three cards today using this amazing suite.

I sponged the background piece using Bermuda Bay, Pretty Peacock and Blackberry Bliss.  The bats were stamped in Versamark and then Memento before heat embossing with clear embossing powder.  I coloured the ones on the background using a black Stampin' Marker.

I also love the spiders (not in real life!) but there is something about them in this stamp set which has mellowed me.

I stamped and embossed in white the large spiders on to the Blackberry Bliss spider paper.

And finally, I have one more card for you today, just to prove that it is not all about Halloween, how beautiful are these black and white floral papers?

I hope you like my projects, I really had fun creating them and stepping out of my comfort zone.

I am now going to pass you on to Libby who I am sure has something amazing to share with you today.

Happy Stampin'
