As promised today I am here to share with you a couple of cards I have made using the new The Sky is the Limit stamp set which you can earn for free with a qualifying order.
I love this set not least because it reminds me so much of my dear father-in-law who is sadly no longer with us. Dad learnt to fly in a Tiger Moth during the War and for his 80th birthday we bought him an experience flight in a Tiger Moth at Duxford Airfield. Dad was such an inspiration to us all as he was always such a positive person, always had a story to tell and he was VERY excited on this particular day. Suffice to say he loved it and the instructor was very impressed with just how much Dad remembered from all those years ago and allowed Dad to take control. We have a fantastic video of his flight which we treasure.
The plane reminds me of a Tiger Moth and I have made two cards using this lovely set.
I used the colour combo taken from the new Going Places Suite, what a fabulous combo, shall be using that one in the future.
