Kre8tors Blog Hop Color Challenge...

Welcome to the April 2018 Kre8tors Blog Hop!

My name is Jo and I live in Norfolk in the UK.

I’m so excited to be part of this fun collaboration with fellow demonstrators.  This month’s theme is a Color Challenge. I can’t wait to show you my projects!

This is the challenge we were set...

As soon as I saw the Flying Home stamp set in the Spring/Summer 2018 catalogue, it was the first on my wish list.  I loved the bird houses and flower theme.  The colours set were just perfect for these projects.

I started off with the little gift box, I love the shape of this box inspired by a toy I used to play with as a child.

I then wanted to create a card to go with it and here is what I came up with.

Thank you for hopping to my site and checking out my projects! If you saw something you love, please contact your demonstrator to place your order. If you don’t have a demonstrator, I would love to help you!

Long Time No Hear....

I cannot believe I have been absent from the blogging world for just over a year!!!!  It has been an up and down year with one thing and another but life seems to be getting back on track so I am back and I hope to share with you some of my recent makes.

I am starting with the delightful set from the Spring/Summer Catalogue called Petal Palette.  I, along with Laura Mackie, run a quarterly all day class where we design and make a project for the ladies but also have a lovely display to inspire them.

This Stampin' Sanctuary we made a Desk Caddy using the Petal Palette suite.  The caddy is made from greyboard so is very strong.

So, here it is....

The caddy had pockets on all four sides and one side was divided into three parts to keep things like pens, scissors etc upright.  I can now start using it!!!

And here are some of the display cards which the class were able to take photographs of to recreate at home.

I will share some of the other display items with you another day.

Happy Stamping

Jo
