Good morning, welcome to another challenge from the Inspire.Create.Challenge Team. Challenge #190 is all about Monochrome!
The challenge is to create a monochrome card using a colour of your choice. Whether it be your favourite colour or a colour you rarely craft with or struggle with.
I love shades of brown and beige as you can create some real depth. I also loved this plaid design from the Timeless Plaid DSP. This DSP pack is part of the Storybook Moments Suite, as is the stamp set Storybook Garden Patch.
These little images make great cards for the gardener in the family and can be feminine or masculine, depending on your colour choice.
The challenge is now open and remains open until midnight on Wednesday 16th April. We can't wait to see your creations.
You can enter the challenge by clicking on the link below.
Have fun!

Very nice!! You're right--alot of depth with these colors!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely challenge! Monochrome cards always push us to think creatively with texture and pattern. I really like the use of the Timeless Plaid DSP here — such a cozy, warm vibe. Shades of brown and beige really do add depth, almost like the earthy tones you’d find in a well-used garden shed (or near the workbench where I recently installed a cartridge heater for a project!). Looking forward to seeing everyone’s interpretations. Thanks for the inspiration!

ReplyDeleteCreating a monochrome card is a unique challenge, much like mastering the art of strategic play. Just as choosing the right shade can define your design, selecting the right platform shapes your gaming experience.
