Welcome to the Positive Inkers Blog Hop, we have a fab sketch challenge for you today. This is a great one for using up some scraps.
You probably know by now how much I love a sketch and how I like to turn them on their head a little, well today is no exception. Here is the sketch.
I have used the beautiful Abigail Rose Suite to create my projects. The colours are so beautifully soft and gentle. This card is made virtually all from the DSP with just a stamped sentiment. The background pieces and the flowers and leaves have all been taken from the DSP. I used Petal Pink and Pear Pizzazz inks and a water painter to add some subtle colour to the flowers and leaves. So pretty!

ReplyDeleteThat's a really neat interpretation of the sketch! It's inspiring how you flipped it and still kept the essence. The Abigail Rose Suite is perfect for this gentle design. It reminds me of how sometimes in games like Block Blast , rotating the pieces is the key to making everything fit beautifully. Clever use of the DSP too!
