Inspire.Create.Challenge #131 - Sketch Challenge...

Good morning and welcome to Inspire.Create.Challenge #131.  This is my first challenge having recently taken over the reins from the lovely Hannah.

We have a great sketch challenge for you today.  Sketches are my favourite starting point as, depending on how they are interpreted, the results can be so different.  Here is the sketch...

And here is my interpretation of it.  I pretty much kept true to the sketch this time using the beautiful Abigail Rose suite of products.

I used one of the sheets of DSP to create the background and cut two circles from Very Vanilla cardstock using the Stylish Shapes Dies and embossed them with the Let's Celebrate Embossing Folder.

The banner is also cut from the Stylish Banner Dies using Petal Pink cardstock.  The DSP has so many beautiful designs which are crying out to the coloured and the flowers I have used for my centre 'circle' are all cut and coloured from the DSP.

I hope you will join us for this week's sketch challenge.  You can enter your card by clicking on the button below.

I am looking forward to seeing what the Design Team have created using this sketch.

Have a great Sunday,

Jo

  3. A good title for an essay on this content could be "Interpreting Sketches: My Take on Inspire. Create Challenge #131." The author shares their enthusiasm for sketch challenges and provides a detailed description of their interpretation of the sketch using Abigail Rose products. This essay could explore the creative process behind interpreting sketches, the importance of starting points in the creative process, and the role of challenges in inspiring creativity.
