Good morning and welcome to the Inspire.Create.Challenge #104. I hope you are having a lovely weekend. As you read this, I am just about to start a class so I am busy busy busy this weekend, just as I like it!
Today's challenge is Bright and Bold and my mind immediately went to Birthday but I challenged myself to make a Bright and Bold Christmas Card. I am such a traditionalist when it comes to Christmas and love the reds, greens and golds but I used the colours from our beautiful Whimsy & Wonder Suite as inspiration for my card.
I love these cute little deers from the Peaceful Deer stamp set and I really wanted to create with them. I stamped bright trees in Polished Pink in first and second generation as my background and used pops of black to offset the pink.
The deers are coloured using a mixture of Soft Suede and Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends, aren't they the cutest!!!
This was such a lovely card to make and despite being a traditionalist, I actually loved this colour combo.
