I was not sure what I had let myself in for to be honest but collected together a few items I thought I might need, a quick visit to Hobbycraft for some supplies and off we went.
I met some lovely ladies and we had a really nice day chatting and crafting.
Now this project is a real labour of love but I have to say I think it is totally worth it, I am really pleased with the results. I used some retired papers (which are still available in the Clearance section) so we could try it out.
The project itself is very simple just time consuming so a perfect project to do with friends.
See what you think...
I am in the process of a second one in different colours and something a bit different so shall upload this when it is complete.

Jo, I just found your blog via Pinterest. I am a fellow Demonstrator in Colorado. I would love to learn how to make these paper trees, not sure if there is a tutorial out there or a tutorial for sale, but I would be interested. Thanks for all you show on your blog, I have gotten some good ideas. I can be reached via email (tclucero@gmail.com).
