Ink & Share Scrapbook Hop - February - New Papers...

Good morning and thank you for hopping with me today.  I am taking part in the Ink & Share Monthly Scrapbook Hop for February which highlights our choice of amazing new papers available to us from the Spring/Summer collection or Sale-a-Bration brochures.

You may be starting the hop here with me or you may have joined me from Jenna, either way, sit back and enjoy some lovely projects.

I have chosen to highlight the Floral Romance suite and speciality papers.  These papers are beautiful and consist of normal designer series papers and several sheets of patterned vellum, the colours are soft and very pretty.

I was looking around for a photograph to highlight the beauty in the papers and chose this lovely picture of my late mum and dad in their courting days.  I think mum was around 21 and dad 23.  This is one of my favourite pictures of my mum and dad, I love the old photos.

I was looking for some words that seemed appropriate and the words in the Wonderful Romance stamps fitted perfectly "Together is a wonderful place to be".  They were married for 58 years when dad passed away and they are together once again.

I hope you like my project and I am now going to pass you on to Sue who I am sure has something beautiful to share with you today.

Happy Scrappin'

Ink.Stamp.Share February Blog Hop - Sale-a-Bration...

Hello and welome to the Ink.Stamp.Share February Blog Hop.  I am once again hopping with some amazing demonstrators from around the World.

This month we are using the theme of Sale-a-Bration.  This is a promotion which runs for the first three months of the year.  For every £45 you spend, you are able to choose a free product from an amazing selection of Sale-a-Bration goodies.

I have chosen to highlight a stamp set and DSP called the Painted Seasons Bundle from the second release of Sale-a-Bration goodies which are a qualifying bundle for a £90 order.  If you look carefully you can also see the gorgeous Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder in the background.

I hope you like my project today and I am now going to pass you on to Jacqueline who I am sure has something amazing to share with you.

Happy Stampin'

SF 2019 February Blog Hop - Thanks...

Good afternoon and welcome to another amazing Stampin' Friends Blog Hop.

You are joining me in Norfolk in the UK.

This month's theme for our projects is Thanks.  I love sending thank you cards and gifts.

I decided to use the lovely Needlepoint Nook suite for my projects.  I made a very simple card with use of my Stamparatus to line up the words nicely.

The DSP in this suite is really beautiful and so cheerful and happy so I made this cute little buckle closing box to highlight one of my favourites.

Here are some pictures showing how the cute little buckle works, it closes the box beautifully without any need for adhesives or magnets.

This is going to be my monthly class project, it is surprisingly quick to make too.  The buckle has been made using the Stitched Rectangle Framelits, I love these!!

I hope you have enjoyed my projects today, please continue to follow the hop so see the amazing projects made by other hoppers from around the world.  I love to hear from you so if you like what you see please leave me a comment below.

Happy Stampin'

SDBH February Blog Hop - Birthday...

Hello and welcome the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop for February.  This month we have a theme of birthday.

I don't know about you but I often struggle to come up with ideas for men.  When I saw the Geared Up Garage suite in the Spring/Summer catalogue, I knew it would be a great hit with the men in my life.

I absolutely love the colours that are in the DSP, they are just bright enough but masculine too.

Here is what I made...

I hope my cards have inspired you a little today and I am now going to pass you on to Pia who I am sure has something amazing to share with you today.

Happy Stampin'
