Inspire.Create.Challenge #164 | Anything But a Card

Happy chilly Sunday morning!!!  The cold nip in the air today is reminding us that Spring is on its way but not quite here!!!

I am sharing some inspiration with you today for Inspire.Create.Challenge #164.  This week we are creating 'Anything But a Card'.  My project is one of repurposing.

My husband says I am like a magpie is for shiny things but my 'thing' is keeping any box that might remotely loan itself to a craft project whether that be dissecting it to see how it is made or repurposing it for a gift.

This started life as a box which came with a beautiful hand-tied bouquet of flowers.  It was a kraft style box, very sturdy and definitely too good for the recycling.  It had been hanging around for a while so I decided to repurpose it.  I have used the Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper.

I really enjoyed making this project and I love the fact that someone else will get to enjoy it, whatever it may contain!

And who doesn't love an oversized bow!!!???
