Ink.Stamp.Share November Blog Hop - Christmas Packaging...

Good afternoon, thank you for joining me today for the Ink.Stamp.Share Monthly Blog Hop.  This month we are concentrating on Christmas Packaging.

There is nothing I love more than packaging ideas, I am a 3d freak so love every opportunity to make packaging for any gift I buy!

I have a few ideas to share with you today.

Sometimes a gift bag is what you need and I always have a few plain white bags to hand, just in case, but this time I have dressed them up a bit.

I stamped the bottom of my bag with the delightful Dashing Deer then made a lid for the bag which really dresses it up.

I then decided to downside my bag a little but dress it up with the beautiful Joyous Noel DSP, adding a box base and rosette gift tag.

Packaging doesn't always to have to be time consuming and difficult, here I have simply wrapped my gift in brown packaging paper and added some glitter reindeer on some ribbon.  It takes a simple wrapping up a knotch.

Finally, one last little project, whilst not exactly packaging as such makes a lovely little alternative napkin ring for the Christmas table.

I hope you liked my projects and I will now pass you on to Tricia Butts who I am sure has a fantastic project for you today.

Happy Stampin'

Stamp 'N Hop November Blog Hop - Casing the Annual Catalogue...

Good evening from Norfolk in the UK.  This evening I am joining in with the Stamp 'N Hop Blog Hop with the theme for November - Casing the Annual Catalogue.

With all the excitement of the Christmas catalogue and then previews of the new Spring/Summer catalogues, sometimes the Annual Catalogue gets forgotten.

I have chosen to case a card on page 97 of the Annual Catalogue using the stamp set Christmas Pines.  Whilst this set was not new to the Annual Catalogue this year, it is one of those sets which hasn't received the attention that it should have done.

I have cased the design but I have changed the colours up a bit and added a different greeting.

Here is my card...

If you don't have a demonstrator, I would love to be yours.

Happy Stampin'
